AGENDA:
If you need to reach me, the most reliable method is a note in the agenda as they are checked daily. I look to see that parents have signed the agenda so I can ensure any important information was relayed to you via your child. By initialling the agenda, I know you have seen what your child has recorded for home work or important reminders about school events. I am able to respond to most notes left in the agenda on the same day. Most importantly, the agendas are an excellent tool for teaching your child responsibility, time management and organizational skills. Your child should be able to explain any item they have recorded in their agenda as we have gone over it in class, usually several times.
EMAIL:
I do check my email daily but not until the kids are in french class and I am on planning time. This isn't until 1:40 in the afternoon. If you have a message that needs to get to me before then, please record it in the agenda.
